About us

Attorney Max White lives in Mineral County, West Virginia, and is a lifelong resident of West Virginia. He is a graduate of St. Marys High School, received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and his law degree from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to being an Eagle Scout, he is an avid hunter and fisherman. He is the current treasurer and past president of the Mineral County Bar Association, and also past chairman of the Allegany County Airport Authority.

Mr. White is licensed to practice law in West Virginia, Maryland and Georgia, and concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense, both state and federal; domestic relations, personal injury and wrongful death. Mr. White is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for both the Northern and Southern Districts, the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and the Court of Appeals of Maryland. He has been in practice since 1993, and, with over 20 years of Courtroom experience, has the skills and ability to handle your litigation needs.
